For more internal organization, Durin's Builders uses a simple rank system to help organizing the build, as shown on the diagram above :
basicaly, every job you do you can get 20 points at max (20 if its very well done, 10 if its kinda well done, 0 if its bad done, and gotta be done again)
if you do jobs together with someone, points are split to every player
big/great jobs can get up to 50 points
When you apply to join the comunity, if you get accepted you will begin as Miner
With 50 points you can apply for becoming Smith (1° Rank)
With 100 points (from Smith) you can apply for becoming Builder (2° Rank)
With 200 points (from Builder) you can apply for :
-Decorator (add details, smooth stuff, minor things, etc...) (3° Rank)
-Architect (helps planning, all with minimal possible details, builds the base of some stuff) (3° Rank)
-Overman (organizes the building of something, like a commander) (3° Rank)
If you choice becoming a Decorator, you can aply for :
-Crafter * (4° Rank) (just like Decorator, but more focused on adding depth, detail and smoothing stuff up)
-Engraver * (4° Rank) (just like Decorator, but more focused on adding "furniture", lights and other minor things)
If you choice becoming an Architect, you can aply for :
-Surveyor * (4° Rank) (just like Architect, but more focused on planning stuff, with all possible details)
-Designer * (4° Rank) (just like Architect, but more focused on creating concepts and parts of builds i.e. pillars)
If you choice becoming a Overman, you can aply for :
-Foreman * (4° Rank) (just like Build Master, but more focused on commanding and organizing projects)
-Engineer * (4° Rank) (just like Build Master, but more focused on build, capable of doing great stuff by himself, etc)
If you go to any 4° Rank, you can apply for being a Steward * (5° and last Rank) (something like a mod/admin)
More information about how to update your rank here
A leader will evaluate the quality of every job and give you points for them. You will be told by an email, on the forums or in the server if you get to be promoted or not.
* - Ranks marked with an * cant be updated using job points, they will be evaluated directly, and a Leader will decide promoting you or not, based on your skills, dedication and understanding of the basic idea
